At this very moment you are mapping your future. Your decision to read this post, to accept the invitations you have accepted this week or to sit where you choose at lunch or dinner can in some way map a possible new route that will align and move time and space in a way that is imperceptible and perhaps unimaginable.

It may be exciting, eye-opening and life changing. It could possibly lead to an inspiring new friendship, an unexpected journey or that book that is begging to be written by you; almost anything can happen to the future simply by showing up.

Did you know that from the furthest reaches in the Universe it is possible to see the Earths past? In some ways the future has already happened and the past continues to exist in present time!

While you may find this a confusing parallel at this very moment, as time’s light is speeding across the galaxy, the precise moment that is arriving just now on a far off planet, could be that of dinosaurs roaming the Earth or the building of the Pyramids and if you were there with a powerful enough telescope that is precisely what you would see here on earth. It is almost incomprehensible when you think about time and space and how the future now exists in the past.

In science today we are exploring exciting new frontiers, the deepest parts of the ocean, the furthest reaches of space, the smallest of atoms, quantum theories and collective consciousness. Recent discoveries in quantum psychics, zero point fields, and the effect of our thoughts on our realities are leading scientists to test and quantify the reality of what was previously referred to as paranormal perception.

For me, one of the greatest scientific explorations of our time is that of our mind.  Have you watched the Science Channels television series Through the Wormhole, hosted by Morgan Freeman? The program explores the deepest mysteries of our existence — the very questions that have puzzled mankind since we wondered our first thoughts about our very existence.

In one of Through The Wormhole episodes Morgan Freeman explored The Global Consciousness Project (GCP)! GCP is an international effort involving researchers from several institutions and countries, designed to explore whether the construct of interconnected consciousness can be scientifically validated through objective measurement. The project builds on excellent experiments conducted over the past 35 years at a number of laboratories, demonstrating that human consciousness interacts with random event generators (REGs), apparently “causing” them to produce non-random patterns. A description of the technical implementation is given under procedures.

Science does not yet know what consciousness is but we do know that our brain is where reality crystallizes for us! Through the power of visualizing our desires and dreams we are learning that we can make them all the more achievable and actually change the course of our future and destiny.

Steve Jobs said “Time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.”

“What often eludes us is that we actually can make the future exist by our thoughts and where we desire to journey into our future often begins with the first of several small steps, and very often the first step is that of belief!” It is the belief that we can divine and enhance our destiny, and in some way create an even better outcome for ourselves.

Our brain desires to create balance so when we visualize we turn on a powerful cognitive tool that will move us towards our desired destiny.

We become unconsciously aware as options and choices appear before us and we begin to instinctively select those that will lead us in the direction of our desires.

If you wish to map a new future through visualization here are tips to help you do so:

Decide precisely and exactly what you want! Get clear and be clear in your desire. The how and why will come to you, just know what it is you want.

Choose an image, one you can hold in your mind’s eye. An image of you experiencing your goal.

Visualize daily, relax, breath deeply, take that image and allow yourself to wander through that image.

Lastly, do not tell others you goal or vision. Keep it to yourself, studies show that by speaking it out loud to others your brain is tricked into thinking you have already accomplished your goal.

We know that doing nothing and doing something both have consequences!

“The future is mapped by the choices you make and think today”
