The Holidays are coming into full swing and the jingle, jangle, of jewelry, nerves, stress, parties, families, shopping and more, more, more! We live in Washington, DC, where the high-level of activity is heightened and the demands on our time, generosity, manners, charity and everything else is stretched to the limit. We will be wining, dining, hosting and attending events and parties all in the spirit of good-cheer, even if we are feeling the bah-humbugs.

How in the world can you find order in all the chaos! Our panelists will share with you the inside tricks on the being the consummate best host and guest and help you move through the chaos in style, grace and poise. We will share the insights on the perfect gift for the perfect situation and the protocol for business living in one of the most international cities in the world.

Our special guest panelists will be:

Christie Chen Christine Chen is the President and Founder of Global Professional Protocol (GPP).  She is also the founder of Modern Manners for Youth, a division of GPP.  She has been conducting protocol workshops and privately consulting since 1997.   Professionally trained by The Protocol School of Washington, she has a clear understanding of the ever-changing rules of etiquette in today’s society along with the importance of world class customer service.  As a graduate from the Cappa Chell Finishing School, she brings expertise in the area of making the first impression that counts.  With a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management, Christine brings out the importance of understanding the relationships between employees and clients as well as the need for team building within the organization.  As a certified practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI Step I and Step II) Instruments, Christine helps individuals gain a better understanding of themselves which encourages constructive interactions with others.

Most recently, Heidi also launched Wish Special Events as a sister company to The Dandelion Patch. Heidi is well respected in the stationery industry for her visionary thinking and positive attitude.
