Resolving Workplace Conflict: A Stimulating Simulation Workshop!
“To fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy’s resistance without fighting.” Sun Tzu (if you are married or have ever been in a relationship you know what we are talking about 😉
Workplace conflict can take place between two team members or sometimes between you and your customer. In this highly interactive workshop, attendees will learn how to mediate and resolve conflict using a practical business simulation. Our stimulating simulations will focus on implementing conflict resolution processes, building on lessons from the classic text on conflict resolution, “Getting to Yes, Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In” (Fisher, Ury, Patton).
The purpose of this simulation is to provide you an opportunity to practice and improve your communication skills and get the desired results in conflict situations. This simulation helps you understand the conflict resolution process and benefits you by reducing future conflicts before they get out of hand.
